I thought the falafel was excellent. It was light and not too greasy. The toppings were ok--I wish they had more options like Jerusalem pickles. I took issue with the service. I visited with my two children and they split a small chicken platter. They liked it very much but there was a lot of waste. I wish they had a small kids menu. Here's where I took issue: I asked for water for my kids and they gave me open plastic cups. I requested a paper cup like the one I had paid for and gotten for myself. They said no. I explained that my kids (2&3) would spill in the flimsy plastic cup. They still said no. So I gave my kids water and they spilled. The employee was exasperated with us and had a nasty attitude about having to mop it up--um, I tried to be proactive and prevent that exact situation but apparently saving 8 cents on a paper cup is more important.
This isn't really a family friendly restaurant. Too bad though, the food is decent.
