I had a feeling it was going to be bad in the first few minutes. No hostess to greet us, pretty dead for lunch, soy sauce wasn't filled from the previous day or days, glass casing the fish was kept it didn't look clean, etc. When you can tell that the employees and management don't care about the establishment it makes you wonder if there's anything else that you're just not seeing. In the end my order was wrong and the waitress stated that "they get lazy sometimes", we got dirty sake glasses, and the food was just okay and lacking in presentation. Just glad I had a groupon and didn't have to pay full price.
