rev:text	Being 8 months pregnant and on an extreme time crunch to buy our first home Tony literally made our dreams come true. We were referred to him from close friends who bought a home with him earlier this year. I texted Tony (After hours!) about wanting to start our search and he responded right away and asked if he could speak with me as soon as i had a moment. Great! Non of this back and forth email or text game he was ready to get down to business! We had a very specific type of property we were looking for and especially with the market the way it is right now with such low inventory would be hard to find. So i was surprised to see that by the next morning he had listings already for me to look at. And they were just what we were looking for and the price range we were wanting as well. I will admit i did have another realtor sending me some listings also just to make sure i was searching as well as i could. The other guy was either sending me out of our price range or just not even close to what we were asking. I was so impressed with how on the money Tony was with what we were searching for. Within two days our dream home came on the market and because of Tonys super search we found it 6 HOURS after it went on the market!! We knew that was the one. I emailed Tony and he reponded almost immediately (Are you seeing the trend yet? Wether it's email, text or calling Tony is quick to respond!) about setting up an appointment to check out the house. He asked if there were any others that we wanted to check out but we had our hearts set on this one. I can't even describe how perfect it was for us. Due to My husband and I's schedules we had to wait a couple days to be able to check out the house. By that time there had been multiple offers made and the owners were going to make a decision the same day as our tour was scheduled. I was so nervous! After walking through we were 100% ready to make an offer. Tony was in communication with us all that day and the next. He stayed positive and encouraging while we waited to hear back. Being first time home buyers we really had no clue what the heck to do. Tony held our hands and took us through the whole processes step by step and did small things like encouraging us to write a letter to the owner letting them know a little bit about ourselves and why the home would be perfect for our family. Thanks to Tony's great communication not only with us but the sellers realtor we were able to put in a very strong clean offer that put us out on-top of the other bids. And thanks to the letter the seller choose us! The sellers wanted to see there previous home go to a family and not just an investor. That i think was the hardest part. Which admittedly wasn't really hard just nerve racking on wether or not our bid would be chosen. The rest was down hill. I thought buying a house was supposed to be hard?! Thanks to Tony's hard work, open communication, and amazing attitude we will be raising our soon to be daughter in a home and not a rental. Tony is like part of the family now and truly a new friend! He is absolutely hilarious and made this process fun (Who can say buying a house is fun?!) and a piece of cake! I have already started to refer him to other family members who are in the market to buy a home and will continue to use Tony should we ever decided to purchase or sell another property in the future. THANK YOU for making our dreams come true!
