  • Up until the install, I had a great experience with Bugsy's blinds. Cynthia was fantastic when she came out to measure, however the installation was awful. Two weeks prior to the install date, we agreed on a time slot of 12-4. I made it clear that the later the better because I also had new windows being installed in the morning. The scheduler said that won't be a problem. At 11 am, the installer called and asked if he could come over early. I told him that wouldn't work, as we had an agreed upon installation time and the windows installers were not quite finished. He called back about 15 minutes later and said they would need to reschedule. I called the office, and they told me I would hear something Monday. I work out of town and scheduled the project over the weekend while I'll be home. Unacceptable!
