  • Out of all the experiences I have ever had with car audio, this is by far the best experience. I changed my mind left and right and Andy Carrillo down there had the patience to listen to what I had to say and what I wanted and delivered. My JL sub hits and sounds great. The work looks professional and tidy. I was quoted with some other speaker combos LA car stereo and I'm glad I went the direction that I did with Audio Express. That other car stereo place didn't want to hear me out on what I was looking for and to top it off, they were high ass hell smoking bud in the back of the business. The associate I was dealing with was trying to rush me out so he could work with his buddy in the back and blaze up some more! I had my 5 year old daughter with me and that clown was rude as hell to my kid and disrespectful swearing and crap around her. Horrible customer service. Audio express was professional and willing to work with me. At least they have a nice seating area with a TV and chairs unlike that other "Mickey Mouse" establishment. Give these guys a chance. You won't be disappointed.
