To give this location one star is being generous. As a lifetime Platinum MRW member, the service level of this property leaves a lot to be desired, starting first with its 48 hour cancellation policy. The assistant manager, Stephen S. needs some behavior modification training along with a lesson or two in how to properly represent the Marriott brand, especially with loyal Marriott customers. I used to stay here a minimum of 4 times a year on business but after they refused to cancel my reservation within 24 hours due to a family emergency, I will take my business elsewhere and tell all my business associates and friends to do the same.
