  • I was pleased with the work he did, but not the customer service. Also, I felt taken advantage of. He told me that my rotors needed to be replaced, but he didn't tell me why. I later found out that he potentially took advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge because my car is fairly new. It took him five hours to replace two brake pads and two rotors, which I thought was awhile. When I gave him my yelp voucher he scolded me multiple times for not telling him in advance. I felt insulted when I left. I doubt I'll ever be dealing with him again, even in an emergency situation. This guy seemed completely arrogant and entitled. I won't be going back to him.
