  • They were very quick upfront when they got paid since our house has asbestos in the paint (big check). But, once the plumbing was fixed (which by the way, they went through a sketchy person on the side instead of an actual plumbing company) they are VERY SLOW. The plumbing has been fixed for almost 3 weeks now and they have barely responded to any emails and have made no attempt to set up a time to put the kitchen back together. We have been without a washer, dryer and kitchen for over a month now. It is SAD and PATHETIC when the insurance company (people that are usually slow) are offering recommendations on other people to use instead of them to finish the job.
