  • Fast Plumbing, we had very bad experience. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Two guys came over to fix a backup issue and while fixing it, they over flooded the toilet causing the water to run onto the carpet. Not just a small amount, gallons of water. This would have been prevented if one of the guys were inside the house vs both outside. I called Fast Plumbing to complain for them leaving the carpet the way they did. First the guy stated he had no knowledge but when I asked him why did they leave the carpet soaking wet he then started yelling and accused someone from my household flushing the toilet, which was totally not correct my daughter was the one who told one of the guys that the toilet was overflowing as they were both outside. I will be reporting them to the BBB for being unprofessional and falsely accusing us due to their negligence.
