  • The front office staff are incompetent. They are very unorganized and unable to set up the right appointments. They also do not know how to follow up with their patient's status. When you confront them about their mistakes, they do not own up to it and apologize for wasting your time and money. They just brush you off. I've taken time off of work several times to bring my child to an appointment for her vaccines and when I arrive they do not have the vaccines. Then I have to set up another appointment to come back another time. Not only is their staff horrible, Dr. Webber is the worst of them all. She has no compassion for the children she sees. And from reading the other reviews, I am right. She does not take the time to listen to her patients and she tries to rush through the appointment as fast as possible. She is an arrogant, lazy, incompetent pediatrician. The other pediatrician, Dr. Mendoza has awesome bed side manner. But unfortunately his staff and Dr. Webber are bringing him and Bright Future down. I have actually brought my child to their sister office on Warm Springs and they are much better. I had to take my child there because Dr. Webber decided she did not want to take walk ins, even when both waiting rooms were completely empty for 30 mins and their sign says they take walk ins until 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. She did not care that my child had a fever of 101. I do not recommend bringing your child here. Save yourself time, money and stress!
