| - Worst customer service experience. Do not bring your vehicle here if it needs service.
Scheduled an appointment for 8am to get my truck looked at for vibration problems. Was assured the day before there would be a loaner car for me. What do you know, no loaner available when I get there. I leave and they tell me to bring it back the next day, this time they will have a vehicle.
I get a call at 3pm. We have a loaner vehicle for you, bring it down now. I leave work, show up and stand in the service department for 10 minutes before someone finally asks what I need. My service rep takes the keys but now I'm waiting on the loaner vehicle. "Just wait here she'll be back any minute"
I stand there for another 10 minutes, service rep leaves to go find her. I begin reading yelp reviews and discover other people have the same issues I do. He comes back and said she's on her way. Another 10 minutes goes by and I had had enough.
I take my keys back, walk out the door and tell them I'm taking my truck somewhere else. Not one person, the service rep, the rental lady, a service manager, nobody tries to stop me or rectify the situation. No apology, nothing.
I'm taking my truck to Autonation GMC in Henderson.
