  • Terrible Service! Item was supposed to be delivered on 9/12/16 via truck with lift gate. Driver showed up with no lift gate (which I paid extra for) and was unable to leave the package. I have emailed, called, spoke to the supervisor, etc. and I am still unable to get the item redelivered 4 days later!
