  • Took my Fossil watch here because it needed one screw. The gentleman told me he had to send it somewhere else but that it would be less than $20. I thought that was high, but he agreed to call me if it was more than $20. When I went to pick the watch up, he said the cost was $25. For one screw! Never called to ok the price increase. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but I can't support a complete rip off.
