I bought a Nissan Altima from these guys a year ago and the other week my car got in a fender bender. When they took off the rear bumper, the repair shop found that part of the rear of the car had been shoddily repaired from a previous accident. They said that it was very obvious it had been repaired because there was white primer all over it.
I had bought the car a year earlier as Certified Preowned and paid a premium on it. Granted, the CarFax on the car was clean, but the 125 point inspection should've found it since it was fairly obvious to my body shop.
I would NEVER recommend this dealer to someone. They used high pressure tactics and tried to charge me an extra thousand or two for "Certification" even though it was already implied in the cost of the car. They also sold me other warranties that I didn't need and tried to scare me into buying different additional products because of the "Arizona weather" (at the time I had just moved here) even though I have heard the exact opposite from everyone else since then.
I called the dealership and they said I was out of luck and there was nothing I could do.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable dealership.
