  • This is my third time trying this place. First time it was so insanely busy that I couldn't get in and had to go elsewhere. Second time I got a mani/pedi. The lady that helped me then was kind, she did a good job on my nails and had some good recommendations on how to heal my nail beds. They were distorted from peeling off my gel nails Today is not so great. Granted I got the "express" pedi but I've ordered the same elsewhere and have gotten a little more attention on the clean up of my feet plus a rub down. The place could use a good cleaning and retouch of paint. Things just look a little grimey. Kind of a turn off. Cleanliness and customer service are the basics and are must haves for all businesses, especially if you want my money. Next time I'll likely try another spot in the area. Not saying I won't ever return since it is conventionally close to my house, but I'll give the second closest nail spa a try in a couple weeks.
