  • Food is great but bad customer service. I came in to pick up an online order and waited an additional 20 minutes before I was even was acknowledged (it wasn't even busy). I went to the cashier and told him that I was picking up an order and he told me to wait as someone was walking in to place an order. The gentleman that was coming in even said that I was here first but the cashier (young guy) continued to take his order. I spoke to the manager and all he said was that he was going to talk to him about it. Disappointed. Never coming back.
