  • After finding a dress at Dress Barn, I realized some sparkly silver strapy shoes would be PERFECT for my ensemble to a wedding. Famous Footwear is conveniently next door so I hopped in to check'em out. I've been here a few times before an even made a purchase or two so I know I would find: *pretty friendly staff who always greets you when you walk in *many rows of shoes, men on the left, women and kids on the right *larger selection of casual than they have for dressy *right now it's boot season.... Unfortunately I didn't find my silver sparkly strapy heels, but I did try on some good looking boots. They didn't have my size :( Famous Footwear has a large selection of Converse and causal shoes. They sell some decent name brands (Candies, Chinese Laundry, Steve Madden, Jessica Simpson) and then some other not as big name brands. Selection varies, sometimes I find what I'm looking for, other times not. Prices seem to be on the high-to-average side, but you can wait for coupons or deals to get buy one-get one half off or $5 off $25.
