  • We ordered the calamari, caprese salad, and truffle fries. The calamari was probably the best flavorful calamari I've had with its crispiness that was not hidden by the delicious and zesty Asian sauce. Everything was plated nicely, and the caprese salad was quite good for winter tomatoes. I'm not much of a french fry person (I know, kill me), but the basil aioli complemented the parmesan. Great appetizers in the heart of the Cultural District! I was sad that we barely missed the 4PM-6PM Happy Hour (Monday-Thursday), but that's life. I visited Olive or Twist last week before The Second City improv show, and I highly recommend it if you are going to a show as well.
