  • Service is slow due to inexperience from staff but the bubble tea still the best in the area! People complain saying it's not as good as other locations. This is a franchise - they all use the same ingredients from the same distributor, they follow the same formula and recipe, it's all the same shit. Star rating shouldn't be affected by the slow service they provide, it's a new location, give them time to learn.
