Crooks all the way. Totally unethical with their methods. I should have checked Yelp for this one. If you book through Southwest for air and car and change your flight, the site makes you think it updated the car, but it does not. They get you at the airport when you return the car by charging you exuberant amount. Advantage customer service states the system does not update if it is less than a day. That is how they get you. Use American Express if you have to book with this company or better off, never use them. I NEVER will use these people.
