  • It's been a month since I dyed my hair and I'm back to write a review about how much I loved my experience with Rachel. She was very attentive of my concerns and addressed it accordingly. I dyed my hair in May, and it was starting to fade out and looked really dry and red, and I wanted to just go back to my natural hair color. I am Korean, so my hair is dark brown/ black and it's really hard to get it *just right* but she did it! She dyed it so it was blackish with brown undertones, and now after a month, my hair still looks healthy and looks natural! She was GREAT with my haircut too. I came in with choppy damaged hair, and she fixed it for me :) I'm extremely happy with the service, friendliness of the staff, knowledge of the hair designers, and I def will go back when I have a chance.
