This was my second and last car that I bought from Mark Kia in the past 2 years. The first car transaction was very smooth and financing went smooth. The car I just bought 2 weeks ago went like this. The salesman Kevin was great and very knowledgeable about the car. The sale ended up going into late Saturaday night ending with financing with Kenn Spell who ended up being the biggest CON man at Mark Kia. I had already negotiated the price and features with Kevin. The finance guy Kenn was a smooth fast talker who apparently added $4,999.99 worth of extras without showing me the final amount. ( again it was 11 at night by now) and the SALES PRICE was WRONG. He never showed me the final numbers just interest rate and payment with the contract folded so I couldn't see the total. Again I was tired at this point shame on me. 2 days later Kenn came to my house for my husband to sign, that's when I saw the Purchase order that I did not sign and grabbed it and read the amounts and was very surprised it was about $8,000 more than what Kevin and I had negotiated. 30 minutes later I called Kenn and cancelled that contract and Kevin ended up writing the new contract with the correct amounts. Kevin took great care of the me and I am grateful for his honestly and integrity. Kenn Spell has NO INTEGRITY and I warn anyone who deals with Mark Kia to BE AWARE OF KENN SPELL. For Kevin I would buy a car from him all day long he is now a salesman at Wright Honda. They are lucky to have him.
