  • Since my last unfortunate encounter I've been back because I can't deny that they have a good product -Unique flavours (Greek yogurt, dulce de Leche and pineapple) , fresh fruit and sweets. I went in for a smoothie and one of the employees (same one) politely directed me as to how to fill the cup to the right proportions. I'm very please that my complaint was addressed and resolved in a timely matter it shows that this business values their customer from higher up (which in turn trickles down the hierarchy) Fro yo, smoothies, waffles... What more can a girl want? I'm happy
