  • What a mess! The staff was all very kind. My little guy broke his leg. The entire office visit took 3.25 hours. All we needed was an X-ray, diagnosis and a splint. It was a painful process. Finally after waiting for almost 10 minutes for the x-ray images to be put on a disc we left. Got the ortho appointment for the next day........the disc with the images was BLANK!!!!! Now we were at our appointment without images, so he has to get more. I was so beyond mad! Not only the extra expense, but exposing my 3 year old to even more radiation. We will NEVER go back to UMC
