| - I've lived here for 5 months, I'm being forced to pay 1200 dollars to break my lease as well as having to give a 60 day notice to move out, so it's costing me close to 4000 to move out. The reason I'm moving out is because this place is the definition of slum Lord living. On day one when we moved in we asked for maintenance to powerwast the pavement on our front porch, the neighbors upstairs apparently didn't care about anyone else and would sit on their balcony and spit chewing tobacco down and directly in front of our front door. I was assured it would be power washed that weekend and that the neighbors would be talked too to prevent it in the future. It's been 5 months and the neighbors still spit and the complex has yet to clean it up! I have 2 every young children who walk through it and track it in and have made at least 13 calls trying to get it taken care of....... but nothing ever happens. We had a leak in our master bedroom, called and they sent out maintenance, he came in, looked at it, said he would return after he got some tools he needed, NEVER came back, this was about 3 weeks ago, probably mold up there by now. I've also called 10 plus times starting day 1 to have screens put on my windows so I can open them when the weather is nice, what do you think happened? NOTHING! My carport has been broken sense day one, NEVER fixed. The pool behind my apartment is all ways filthy, every day, so bad in fact I have to upset my children because I won't let the go in it out of fear of their saftey. All of the calls I make go unheeded! The staff is incompetent on a level I can't even understand. I plan on seeking legal advice regarding being compensated for their blatant and obvious breach of contract regarding general maintenance "or the lack of" so hopefully I can get back some of the almost 4000 dollars I was forced to pay just to get the help out of here..... never once has management or ownership reached out to me to try and reconcile thease issues our me and my wife's concerns with this aufull place. Thankfully all emails regarding thease issues were saved on my end, and thank God for smartphones phone conversations spanning the past 4 months were recorded. I'll update my review with the final outcome of any legal action that may be taken. Word of advice to anyone considering moving in here DON'T! IT'S PURE AUFULL AND THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING OR EVEN TRY FOR THAT MATTER!
