  • [Relaxing, educational, effective, serene... Just a few terms that come to mind after leaving my first facial with Carol!] As someone with sensitive-acne-prone skin, I'd always been hesitant to get facials. But, having an unexpected day off, I decided I would go for it. Initially based off a Groupon offer, followed by reading her Yelp reviews, I contacted Carol to see if she had any openings for today. She responded promptly and professionally, offering me a same-day appointment time. Her work space is petite and calming. Her personality is exceptionally sincere; no pressure to purchase products, no noisy gossiping, no feeling embarrassed about your skin's current condition. She doesn't just SEEM genuinely concerned for you, she IS genuine (what a fantastic and rare trait!) I can't express how satisfied I am with my experience! I'm not one to put my skin care in the hands of someone I don't trust, and let me tell you, I trust her 100%. So much so, that I have already booked my next appointment, and plan on becoming a regular client every 4-6 weeks! Rating 5 stars, but wishing I could rate 10+ stars!
