The better half knows I love Pancakes, so when breakfast time came, she said this is where we were going.
It feels a little strange finding this gem off of Fremont street, but it is in really good shape compared to some of the nearby places.
As other people have pointed out, the service is a bit slow. I think there was actually only one waitress, but there was a fleet of other people going from table to table to do work and clean up. We kept hoping one of them would take our order. They didn't.
When we did finally get the food, there were no regrets.
We don't know what the secret ingredient was for the pancakes, (same recipe since 1938 according to the menu) but I can tell you that unless you are a competitive eater, you don't need to get the 'Vegas stack'. The 'Short Stack' will be just fine
Writing this review is making me hungry for them again!
