  • People only remember to rate a place when they haven't had the ultimate customer service experience. Rarely will people share their awesome experiences. So heres mine. I booked a flight for PHX to SLC for Sat morning thru Sun evening easily on line. It was just for an hour and 42 min flight so it was short and sweet. Once they called my group i was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello from the Pilot once i got on the plane. My seat was row 8A and i had enough leg room. During the flight the flight attendants were quick to pass out the drinks. I got OJ. Shortly before landing the Pilot updated us on the weather and how soon we would be landing. Made me feel assured and thats exactly how i want to feel every time im on a plane. Leaving the plane, the pilot again stood at the door and said good bye and thanked us for flying AA. So overall, it was A-OK :) will be flying soon with AA.
