  • Called and ask for the current wait time for an oil change, I was told 30-45 min. 20 min later I got there and was told by the manager that the wait time is over 2 hours, and that they could no longer take another oil change for the day. I was there by 3:45pm and they close at 6:00pm. I showed the manager my phone that I called their shop 20 min ago and no one wants to admit that they told me 30-45 min. Made me look like a lied. Tried to set me an appointment for the next day but no thanks!
