Thank you for treating me like I matter. I may not be able to get the wreath I wanted but I look forward coming in this Sunday and picking out a few plants for my home.
I bid on and won a succulent wreath that this company donated for the NPR 2017 auction. I showed up to order my wreath and was told that they didn't have it and wouldn't have again till Spring. I was disappointed but made plans to come back. So I called today and apparently that manager/owner is no longer with the company so they told me they would no longer honor my deal. They wouldn't even so much as give me a succulent! I have done lots of business with and promoted this company in my own advertising for free and you can bet I won't make that mistake again. What a terrible way to treat a customer!
