I'm so disappointed. I shop here all the time and the other day Mario left products out of my bag that I paid for. I called and talked to the young Spanish lady over the past 2 days and she keeps telling me Mario didn't come into work. She said the owner isn't in and they can't do anything about I until Mario comes in. She said they don't have Mario's number so she can't call him. I told her maybe he left my things in the front counter where he checked me out. She found one bag but can't find the other bag. She wasn't apologetic about the mishap and she's making me feel like I'm bothering her. I shouldn't have to keep calling up there. You would think she would take my number tying to fix it. So this morning I call right before 10am and she tells me Mario isn't working today. That he's suppose to come in at 11am. So I told her it's only 10am so how do you know Mario won't be coming? I think she was told to tell me that. Supposedly, he's on the schedule but hasn't been showing up to work. The owner needs to resolve this or I will call the police. How can you treat a loyal customer like this? It's a headache for me and I also have to drive back across town. Hope the OWNER sees this and responds to me. NOT a happy customer!
