  • Do not move here. The apts are old and full of bugs. I guess I was blinded by the mountains and surrounding neighborhood. The parking is a mess. After just two months my car was hit by the vehicle across from my space and Mgt refused to get involved. There is poor lighting and trying to get a straight answer out of the office is a joke. They seem to have a high turnover with no one giving you straight answers. They charge you a ridiculous late fee if you're one day late but they refuse to add your rent payment to the online system before the first so you can pay early.
