  • This was the worst trip I have ever had during my life. My trip was from Buffalo Airport to Toronto. The Greyhound bus was scheduled to pick up passengers (about 20 people) at 1:20 p.m. However, it never happened. We called customer service but nobody responded since it was Sunday. It was a hot summer day and we wait 2 hours until the next bus came. All passengers were very frustrated and some of them left the bus station to take another option. Another worst experience I had with Grayhound was getting refund. I cancelled a refundable ticket some days before the trip and they are still processing the payment after 45 days. I called several times and every time they told me there isn't any record !!! I would not recommend the Grayhound to anyone especially those who want to be on time in their destination. All in all, Grayhound sucks.
