  • Allow me to say that this salon was very accommodating and worked with me on both pick up and drop off times, in which I was very thankful. HOWEVER - My dog was done in an hour (UNHEARD OF) she came back all chopped up like she was groomed by a pair of rusted un-sharpened garden shears. I had to ask them if they could trim long scraggly hair from her leg. I've placed three (3) calls into them to ring me back and they have not called. I gave them a nice tip but THEY ABSOLUTELY LOST MY BUSINESS!!! NO Customer Service Etiquette whatsoever!!! And NO accountability for their actions. Even if they do ring back to offer a re-cut, I can't trust they won't lash out at my dog to get back to me. Disappointing to say the least.
