  • We were very disappointed with the service or lack there if we received from this company. We came in on Saturday and spoke with Miranda, who informed us she would go to our new home (it's a new build so we are waiting for possession) the next day and provide us a quote on Monday. Today is Thursday and we have still not heard from her other than a follow up email on Monday saying she would have a quote to us that evening. I understand people get busy however it doesn't take long to send an email or call with a quick update. I chose this company based on all the positive reviews and the assortment of options they have however based on their lack of customer service from this staff member we are planning to go elsewhere.
