  • The WORST customer service experience. Switched from Verizon but have had horrible experiences at this location. Angela who supposedly is a "lead" agent was very rude....horrible and needs more customer interaction training. Have gotten the run around every time I go there. Trying to return my old phones and bring my last Verizon bill but since they give me a different story each time it is somehow my fault. Avoid this location. Sprint has a better rate but their customer service is pathetic!!! Especially at this location.
