I have been going to Buff for about 4 months, at first i was impressed (& blinded) with the cleanness & professional look. I have had some great shellac mani's & some bads ones. I am giving this place 1 start because their customer service stinks. I paid $50 to get a shellac mani and within 48 hours it chipped and some nails feel off completely. I figured it was the product that hadn't set properly. I went back 2 days later (as i was could not make it the next day) and they told me it was my nails that were the problem, not the tech or product and that i needed to pay to get them fixed! i was not impressed but the lady said come back if you have a problem again & we will fix within 48 hours. 3 days later the same thing happened & they would not fix because it was not within 48 hours. These are supposed to last up to 2 weeks not 2 days. Needles to say I am now a happy customer somewhere else. I have a loyalty card.. pay for 10 treatments = $500 & receive an eye brow wax or standard mani for free = $15. I just tried to redeem this for an eye brow & lash tint & pay the difference & management said NO. It can only be used for a wax or mani. They really need to review their business processes and customer service if they want to be successful in this competitive industry. I'm a confused & unhappy previous loyal customer. Pro Tip: Don't go here.
