  • After all the comments, I was a little nervous. However, it turned out great and the installers were wonderful. Express called the night before to remind me of the install. At 7am they called to say arrival between 10-12am. The installers (Jose and Jesus) came at 9:40am. Approx 1058 sqft of carpet, removal, haul away, furniture removal/reset up, 3br, 3 walk-in closets, hallway and stairs- Lifetime Stain Warranty (requires 1 pro cleaning per year to be valid) : $4080 plus 4% since I paid with credit card, so around $4200 out the door. I wish I would have gotten thicker carpet but I have to remind myself this is going to be our rental property shortly or we might just sell it. It's the Moonstruck neutral color so it will be good for renters and/or sale. Other than the quality of the carpeting itself- that I chose based on what I wanted (more like -was WILLING) to spend, they did a great job. It was all exactly how it was when they came and they cleaned up everything.
