  • Rick was kind, personable, and incredibly helpful when we needed a new vacuum. He made sure to let us know which vacuum was right for our needs, even though it wasn't necessarily the most expensive one. We got a Miele and it's absolutely blown us away; there is a factory warranty on the motor, but Tommy Tucker Vacuum & Janitorial offers an additional 20-year warranty that involves yearly tuneups. We didn't get that warranty, but we'll happily return if we need any work done!
