  • I was in need of replacing my old AC unit, so I came to yelp to check out company reviews. I'm so glad I chose Cool Guys. Lynn was super helpful, both before and during the installation. He got a quote to me right away. A month later, when I scheduled the service, he was very accommodating with my schedule. He also finished the whole installation in less time than expected (about 2ish hours for a roof-top heat pump). Lynn is also very good at customer service. I asked about a programmable thermostat the day off installation. He didn't have any on him but stopped by a few days later to install one at no extra charge. I really appreciate that level of service.
