  • I have been going to skindefined for my facial, eyebrow waxing, and related skin care needs for about seven years now. Susan is AMAZING. She achieves perfection with the brows, and is the most attentive aestheticians I have seen. She approaches all of her clients with a long term view, both providing treatment at the time of service and also longer term recommendations regarding how to address problem areas and keep your skin looking younger. She is extremely gracious about accommodating her clients and a complete PLEASURE to work with. She is pro active with her practice, even contacting me when she has new products or treatments she thinks I might like to try (in a very helpful, no pressure way). I should mention that she is masterful with extractions, and almost no matter what she does, my skin always looks great when I leave her office. Finally, she is engaging, interesting, and fun. (When you spend a bunch of time on someone's table, this matters!) I highly recommend skindefined. I would be lost without Susan!
