  • Yup. Dos. This place is garbage. It gets one star for the times I had to deal with their staff. Each was a pleasant experience at least. It received a second star because I did enjoy the pool. Our bathroom had a staunch smell of urine despite being clean and no white-girl-wasted people in my room. So no one missed the John. My friends were two floors above my group and the AC wasn't working. Let me remind you that it was August in Las Vegas. No AC = epic fail. We all had non-smoking rooms. Someone in an adjacent room had the bright idea of lighting one up and came through all the walls making us think someone was standing over our head, force feeding us smoke. The carpets were coming up in the hallways and it was just a damn disaster. This would never happen at the Wynn or Cosmo. I only stayed here because the group chose it. My suggestion - stay elsewhere. You get what you pay for!
