Such a disappointment. Haven't even set foot in the door and I know I won't be a customer. I called asking for info on becoming a member. Wanted basic pricing information for a no commitment/month to month membership. Gentleman refused to give me any info over the phone because he said it would take too long. He said I needed to come in. I said no and asked if he could email me instead. He still refused and I again said I needed to come in. Guess new memberships aren't important. Just needed a couple simple questions answered....too bad. Just don't see why I need to make a trip in without knowing the basics of the club...
