  • I'm not sure if I just happened to get here on a fantastic day or what but based on the previous reviews I should consider myself LUCKY. I made it a conscious effort to make it here prior to opening because I could NOT spend all day renewing my registration and drivers license! When I pulled up at about 7:50 AM of course that line was almost wrapped around the building and I slightly panicked! Ha! No worries! They move that line so fast that when it came to putting my number into that little kiosk I received a text message saying there were only 32 people ahead of me! Wait What?! Yup! I was out of there by 8:37 AM! Less than an HOUR! As far as the customer service I must've also lucked out on that because I encountered about 5 different employees and all were very helpful and understanding. And I'm sure somebody is reading this right now saying I'm probably an employee or a family member of somebody that works here but no... I just got lucky! Sorry for those other's who weren't as lucky. But I will say that waking up extra extra early DOES matter! Get it over with you will thank yourself later that day for sure!
