Wheee doggie!!!! Let's quickly get to the good stuff about this gym. Lisa Hess is by far the best TRX instructor I've come across in the Valley. She is intense and know exactly how to push you. We wasted no time from exercise to exercise with rest time in between. She made shure to point out that each exercise could be modified to your level. Not only TRX, we did weight lifting exercises along with squats, jumping jacks, push up and planks.
Love that classes are small so I didn't feel out of place. By the end of class, my arms and nalgas were complete jelly. I highly recommend taking Lisa's classes. Cheers***
