| - I had to take my car to this location for some parts/service, so my review is based on a customer service level at the service/parts department.
First of all, the dealership looks very outdated, it's like they've been stuck since the 1990s for some reason! It needs some major renovations, and it doesn't give you that good vibe when you go in, to actually look around and perhaps buy a new vehicle...Not inviting at all!
so this clearly reflects on the team and staff working there.
There is no communication what so ever between the parts department and the service department. I had called in three times previously and ordered some parts and booked me an appointment, only to get there on my 1 week later appointment to find out that, first my appointment is marked down, one of the three parts ordered was missing, and another part that they ordered was the wrong one!
Long story short, I did not get my car serviced there due to those parts missing, I took my car to another dealership where things were very easy and smooth, and my quote was about %$60 cheaper than the quote I received here!
