  • Customer service and bouncers here are the absolute worst. Was here for the first stop of my best friends Bachelorette party. Bouncers cursed at us to get the F out of their way (we already were, and we were sober at this point). And they spilled our drinks on myself and the bride 3x! Umm really?! We are all educated women, most of whom are in the air force. Not some idiots making fools of ourselves. The atmosphere was OK and the view outside was really nice. But after the way we were treated, there's no way we would ever go back here. Plus we were told this was a more relaxed and chill lounge environment. Nope. Just a mini club with the most awful customer service ever. I'm giving this rating two stars because when I told the man who runs the place, he apologized and offered to take care of us for next time.
