rev:text	First I wanna start with Warning Everyone to not go to this Dealership!!! I had a Horrible Experience with showcase the Finance guy that "helped me" was Juan Lira whom screwed me over Big Time!!! I was supposed to be a first time car owner and after back and forth haggling with a price I managed to get a 2012 Used Honda Civic Coupe with 95,000 miles, he kept me going back and forth signing papers because supposedly him the banks were not approving my loan which later I found out it was a lie!!! So I had the car for 2 1/2 months not ever receiving my first bill nor license plates and him just telling me that my bill will arrive on this day and that day going back and forth with him saying that he was trying to work out things so I could get a lower payment which again was a lie!!! I later called the bank and asked if all of this was true and they told me that the reason why I was being denied was because (this IDIOT!!!) wasn't filling out my paperwork right (even tho I repeatedly asked him when filling out the paperwork to make sure it was right he juss kept saying yes it is its correct "Trust Me") so that happened with every bank! He requested a loan for me! (Which is something I found out later and realized this idiot had no clue what the hell he was doing!!!!) And resulted in him leaving me with 30!!! 30!!!FREAKING HARD INQUIRIES which now I can't have no loan whatsoever at all by any BANK BECAUSE OF HIM And it resulted in me having to return the car!I even spoke to JEREMY!!!! the apparent manager yeah sure thing nothing but a J*K just kept on saying that it was my fault also for not "really" going through the paper work like what the heck?!?! And because I also put 1,000 miles on the car I told him why don't you train your employees right?! Hire employees that actually know what they are doing and this whole ( We Pride Ourselves in Customer Service Yeah that's a lie!) and he just kept going back and forth with the same story which we just hung each other up! I LEARNED THE HARD WAY EVEN THO I TOOK CARE OF THE CAR AND HAVE PROOF OF IT AND ALSO PROOF OF THE BANKS WITH LETTERS TELLING ME THE INFORMATION WASNT BEING FILLED IN RIGHT!! and well thanks to them I can't have a car freaking j+ks!!! I HAVE ALREADY WARNED EVERYONE I KNOW ESPECIALLY AT MY JOB FOR WHICH I WORK FOR A NON-PROFIT TO NEVER GO TO THIS DEALEARSHIP AND I !!!ADVICE, WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE LIARS THIEVES AND WORTHLESS NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!! !!!PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
