rev:text	I have taken my girl there for boarding on at least three separate occasions. Every single time something goes wrong. She has come home throwing up or cut and bleeding. On one occasion I had to board my girl while she was in a cone recovering from surgery; I called to confirm they could accommodate her during this time as she could not play with others and needed extra attention. When I picked her up she had been out of her cone and unsupervised so long she managed to rip out her stitches and scratch her self so much she was bleeding. This last time I called to ensure they knew when I would be picking her up so she would be bathed and ready to go. When I arrived they had no record of this conversation and she was not bathed. I was not charged and they did give me a discount but too little to late at his point. They don't seem to care too much about the animals well being and don't listen to the customers. I will be finding a new boarding place as soon as possible.
