  • I'm currently a resident here and I will definitely not be renewing my lease. Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone down hill. My apartment has low cost appliances. Both the kitchen and bathroom countertops are cheap laminate that have had lime scale stains on them since I moved in. The carpet is also very cheap. We put in maintenance requests at least every 6 to 8 weeks. The leasing office staff is friendly, but most of them seem very oblivious and unprofessional when issues arise.
